In Progress was founded by Benjamin Raisanen as a response to the lack of grounded, reflective spaces that he experienced as a gay man growing up, beyond coming-out narratives or surface-level representation.
Editorial approach
In Progress is not a lifestyle blog or advice platform. It is a developing publication focused on storytelling, observation, and cultural reflection.
Each piece is written to sit within a wider ongoing conversation about identity, adulthood, and culture. As part of this, we aim to be as inclusive as possible.
